Job Description: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our client's organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Providing general support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
